Coralyn's Famous Vegan Flax Bread
(for a bread machine)

So I got a hand-me-down bread machine with almost all of the parts from my Oma (Grandma in Dutch).  It is missing a gasket, so my mom cut a silicone bottle nipple and I've been using that.  So far, so good.  I've been experimenting with different bread recipes lately, and this is one I came up with that also happens to be vegan, even though I am not. 

2 1/4 tsp (1 packet)  dry yeast
1 1/2 c spelt flour
1 1/2c bread flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp agave nectar
1/3 c flaxseed
1 tbsp Italian seasoning (optional)
1/3 c almond coconut milk (or your favorite "milk")
1 tbsp vegan butter
1 c lukewarm water

Add ingredients according to your machine's instructions.
When adding milk and water, I usually mix the milk and lukewarm water so they both become lukewarm and add them last.
